snowing. SNOWing. do you understand?

p.s. i'm not sure if you're aware, but snow flakes are ACTUALLY this shape! FOR SERIOUS! i couldn't get over it for quite a while...was yelling and everything. :)

The image “http://www.ohusc.k12.in.us/JH/snowflake.jpg” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

it is snowing.
yup.
not piles of big thick snow, but little flakes wafting in the air downwards and sidewards...:) i keep trying to catch them on my tongue, but don't think they appreciate the idea of being melted, so they dance away :)
oh wow.
it's beautiful. and there are fairy lights up around...awww...i likes it i do.
my conclusion is this: if you have a wind and waterproof jacket life is better. it just is. i, ellie, THE AUSTRALIAN was the only one not shivering at the bus stop...i just stood happily beaming at these little snowflakes bringing me so much wonder.
i know it won't last forever, and they'll become commonplace soon, so i'm revelling in it.

my random fact for the day is this: very few Americans are aware of either blu-tack or contact. i have no idea how they made it through primary school or decorated the rooms of their rented houses...it's a sad fact...:( i whip these things out and they're like 'oooh, what's that? where'd you get it from?'...funny!
