Before our night out to bid Mel (Jordan's sister) farewell. We went for a lovely dinner at a seafood restaurant at Marina Mirage (this real ritzy place on the Marina near here). It was one of the best meals I've ever had - out that is, Mum makes a darn good meal every night. :) I had pumpkin and macadamia filled ravioli with a creamy pumpkin, parmesan and basil sauce...ooh la la. Dessert was yummy crepes doused in some kinda alcohol and lemon and served with ice cream and a strawberry....YUM! A big thanks to Jordan's Mum, Kay, who paid for (most of) our meals...:)
